Overview

The Skills Training for Employment – Young Adults at Risk helps young adults, who are not employment ready, obtain sustainable employment. This may include current or former youth in care. The program provides skills training and employment supports that are based on the needs of the participant, to help overcome barriers to employment and give them the skills required to succeed in the workplace and beyond.

Educators can share this as a reference for those working within a school district's youth-at-risk programming. Discover information on the SkilledTradesBC's website for youth. Find more resources for educators.
